Bob Ross

Robert J. Ross currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Inasmuch Foundation. He previously was employed as an attorney with the Oklahoma City law firm McAfee & Taft. He is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School and Washington and Lee University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Ross was appointed to the Board of Regents for The University of Oklahoma by Governor Kevin Stitt in March 2022 and is a member of the following boards of directors: Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma City Airport Trust, and Oklahoma State Fair. Bob has received the following awards: 2011 Plaza District Association’s Urban Pioneer Award, 2012 OKC Beautiful Mayor’s Award for Distinguished Service, 2013 Oklahoma Center for Non-Profits’ Visionary Impact Award, 2015 United Way of Central Oklahoma’s John Rex Community Builder Award, 2018 YMCA Service to the Youth Award, 2019 OKC Friday’s OKCityan of the Year, 2023 Boys and Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County Aubrey K. McClendon Lifetime Achievement Award, and the 2023 E.C. Joullian Distinguished Citizen award. Bob is married to Heather Ross and has a daughter, Lilly, and a son, Frank.

Sarah Roberts serves as vice president of programs at Inasmuch Foundation where she has been employed for more than 20 years.
Sarah was previously an instructor with the Clarksville Montgomery County School System in Tennessee where she taught fifth grade. Sarah is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness High School (1992) in Oklahoma City and Sweet Briar College (1996) in Virginia, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in government with a teaching certificate. Sarah has been married to Hayden Roberts for more than 25 years. Hayden works for Oklahoma State University. They live in Oklahoma City and have two sons, Jackson and Owen.

Julie Jividen currently serves as chief financial officer at Inasmuch Foundation. Julie has been employed at Inasmuch Foundation for more than 19 years. Julie is a graduate of Woodward High School and the University of Oklahoma, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also holds a Master of Science in accounting from Oklahoma City University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Julie currently serves as president-elect at Wes Welker Foundation and on the finance committee for Girl Scouts of Western Oklahoma. Previously Julie was the finance committee chairperson for Quail Springs United Methodist Church. Julie is married to Spencer Jividen. Spencer is a Professional Land Surveyor and small-business owner in their hometown of Edmond, Oklahoma. They have four children: Bryson, Ryder, Maysen and Layla.

Tabitha Boothe

Tabitha Boothe is the staff accountant at Inasmuch Foundation, where she handles the tracking of investment portfolio activity, preparation of the Foundation’s financial reporting, and other key accounting functions. Tabitha earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2023. Before joining Inasmuch Foundation, she spent six years in the restaurant industry and more than three years as a financial statement auditor. Outside of the office, Tabitha enjoys being active and has an interest in fashion. She also loves traveling, reading, and taking part in any kind of game or friendly competition. Whether attending concerts or sporting events, connecting with others, or exploring new places, Tabitha is always seeking fun, meaningful experiences!

Richard Davis

Richard is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with more than 20 years of expertise in tax planning, compliance, and financial statement preparation. He was previously the chief financial officer for Inasmuch and has transitioned to senior advisor. Richard earned his CPA certification in 1985 and CFP designation in 1999. He was a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, where he also served as secretary of the Oklahoma City Chapter. Richard is married to Lori and they have two beautiful children.

Anne Hedrick

Anne Hedrick is the program associate for Inasmuch Foundation. In this role, she manages all aspects of the Foundation’s grantmaking process from application through final reporting. Anne also coordinates the Inasmuch Foundation Community Fellowship and serves as the primary contact for the Foundation’s Community Enhancement grantmaking. Prior to joining Inasmuch Foundation, Anne spent 13 years as an academic counselor at the University of Oklahoma, most recently as director of the OU Scholars Program, for which she received the Provost’s Outstanding Academic Advising Administrator Award. Anne received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in psychology from Drexel University. When not at the office, Anne enjoys reading, interior design, and spending time with her husband, Scott, and their goldendoodle, Bennett.

Brittney Taggart is the executive assistant to the vice president of programs at Inasmuch Foundation where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, she provides comprehensive support that helps drive the organization’s mission forward. Before joining Inasmuch Foundation in 2021, Brittney earned her Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from the University of Central Oklahoma and spent 11 years in the restaurant industry.
Outside of her professional commitments, Brittney is an avid runner, and enjoys training for half marathons. She has a passion for traveling and enjoys exploring new places with her husband, Caleb, and their two-year-old daughter, Ellie.

Tyler Tokarczyk is a senior program officer for Inasmuch Foundation. His work primarily focuses on journalism, education, and workforce development. Tyler serves on the board of directors for ReMerge of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma Public School Resource Center, The Verge OKC, and Oklahoma Media Center. Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife and young daughter, and aspires to visit every Major League Baseball stadium. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York (Go Bills!), he majored in journalism at Washington and Lee University and earned his MBA at the University of Oklahoma.

Caitlin is the executive assistant to the CEO and CFO, where she plays a crucial role in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. She also is responsible for handling communications for Inasmuch. Before joining the team, Caitlin worked as a bailiff for a juvenile judge for five years. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in strategic communications from the University of Central Oklahoma. Caitlin loves solving puzzles, enjoys her daily Starbucks fix, and spending time with her Chiweenie, Sammy. She is married to Bryan and has one daughter.
